Separate commercial value from logistics

Record price, currency, quantity, packing, Incoterm, international freight, insurance, port or airport charges, storage, handling and domestic delivery. Confirm what each quote includes and avoid double counting.

Calculate duties using explicit assumptions

Tax treatment depends on NCM, origin, regime, tax base, benefits and current rules. Keep dated sources, rates and assumptions; do not apply one generic percentage to different products.

Add scenarios and contingencies

Model FX changes, inspection, storage, demurrage, delay and freight changes. Treat the output as a decision estimate—not a tax filing or final supplier quote.
