Drawback and Ex-tariff
We map inputs against exported products to assess possible drawback eligibility. For capital goods or IT and telecommunications goods, we support an initial screening of Ex-tariff requirements and the preparation of documentation where appropriate.

FAQ
Questions that come up before you engage.
Every operation depends on the product, origin/destination, documents and rules in force.
What is the difference between drawback and ex-tariff?
Drawback is a special customs regime that suspends or removes duties on goods brought in to be industrialised and then exported. Ex-tariff is a temporary reduction of the import duty rate on capital, IT and telecommunications goods with no equivalent domestic production. Different logic, different requirements.
Can any company use drawback?
No. Each modality has its own condition, tied to the export commitment, to the use of the material in the production chain and to the fit of the application. That is why the analysis comes before the purchase, not after the loss.
What happens if the benefit is not fulfilled?
Unmet deadlines and obligations can turn the suspension into payment of the duties with the corresponding charges. A poorly followed benefit turns a planned saving into an extra cost — which is why the calculation belongs in the cost model before the purchase order is placed.
Do you guarantee approval of the regime?
No. Eligibility is assessed by the competent authority and the answer depends on the product, the operation and the rules in force. What we do is organise the process, make the conditions explicit and record the deadlines the company takes on.
